What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or a speculative application through our contact or careers forms, we collect the information you give us:

- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- The type of enquiry you have selected
- The content of your message
If you consent to analytics cookies, we also collect anonymised information about how this website is used, such as the pages you visit, the approximate region you visit from, and the device and browser type. This is aggregated statistical data and is not used to identify you. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties, and we do not use advertising cookies or profiling.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, assess speculative applications, and keep a record of correspondence. Our lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have initiated, and, where relevant, taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party processors to run this website and handle enquiries. They only process personal data on our instructions:

- Resend: delivery of enquiry emails from this website to our team.

How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain a record of our dealings with landowners and partners, and meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form in line with Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict our processing of it, to ask for a copy of it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
