Great Stall East

Great Stall East is naturally the first phase for development of the wider New Eastern Villages scheme.

It will accommodate 1,550 homes, a primary and secondary school, a sports hub, a local district centre, a park and ride facility, and major infrastructure connecting the rest of New Eastern Villages to existing networks.

Following public consultation and the submission of a detailed masterplan, outline planning permission for 1,550 homes at Great Stall East was secured, making it the first part of the New Eastern Villages to move towards delivery.

The scheme is designed as a genuine community from the outset, with schools, a sports hub, a local district centre, generous green infrastructure and sustainable drainage integrated into the layout alongside the homes.
